Massage
Therapeutic Massage that is catered to individual needs. Through client and Therapist communication each massage will be decided based on individual needs. Some methods we specialize in are stretch massage, Swedish, craniosacral, deep tissue, trigger point, and cupping.
Hot Stone Massage added to any massage (Angela only)
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
Reiki and Massage combination (Dina Only)
Reiki uses a technique commonly called palm or hands on healing. Through the use of this technique, practitioners transfer universal energy (i.e., reiki) in the form of qi (Japanese: ki) through the palms, which they believe allows for self-healing and a state of equilibrium. The session will start with Reiki and End with Massage. 90 minute sessions have about 30 minutes of Reiki then 60 Minute massage. 120 minute sessions have 45 minutes of Reiki and 75 minutes of Massage
